Accounting/bookkeeper part time/full time position available immediately at Christ the King Parish.(full-time offers comprehensive benefits)
Qualifications
ParishSOFT Accounting & Family Suite (training available)
MS Excel & Word
Basic Accounting processes
Faith Direct program experience is a plus
Duties include and not limited to:
- Payable and check processing
- Deposits verification & posting
- Offertory processing (online & weekly collections)
- Year-end verification & mail-out of donor contribution statements
- Month-end journal entries & reports
- Reconciliation of various bank & fund accounts
- Tuition deposit processing & posting
- Invoicing of various seminary house expenditures
- Maintenance & monitoring of various deferred accounts
- Work in tandem with school administration assistants & business manager
